Leadtime

Leadtime:

It calculates the hours from the moment the order is placed until it is received by the store in the system by clicking “receive”. The hours are converted in days considering 24h per day.

Tip : To use this KPI correctly, you should filter by the Geographic region/Country/Boutique you want to consult and select a date range.

Example how to filter

In this example we want to see the information from the store Shanghai Plaza 66 Women and we select the time stamp from 01 November until 12 December.
